MONTEGO BAY, July 29, 2017 - Opposition Leader and People’s National Party President Dr. Peter Phillips, says the Board of the  Firearm Licencing Authority (FLA) was never intended to be a tool for political manipulation and its members should  resign and be replaced by persons of unquestionable integrity who can be accepted by both political parties.
