Antigua's vote on CCJ referendum postponed until early next year

JOHN’S, Antigua, Aug 30, CMC – Prime Minister Gaston Browne Tuesday agreed to an opposition request to extend the timeframe for public discussions on whether or not the island should remove the London-based Privy Council as its final court, indicating that a referendum on the matter would now take place by March next year for the latest.

Grenada prepares for October 27 Referendum

ST. GEORGE’S, Grenada, Aug 16, CMC – Grenada electoral officials say they have already designed the ballot paper to be used in the October 27 referendum and that more than 69,000 people are eligible to cast a ballot in the exercise.
