Kingston, Jamaica, March 16, 2019: The People’s National Party’s (PNP) Shadow Minister of National Security, Mr. Fitz Jackson, is insisting that the deployment of security personnel in St James has been reduced since the lifting of the State of Emergency (SOE), and that this might well be the reason for the flaring-up of criminal activities in the second city.
