PNP wants Jamaica to accede to CCJ appellate jurisdiction despite JLP's stand

KINGSTON, Jamaica —Despite word from Prime Minister Andrew Holness that he is not yet ready to place before the Jamaican people whether to join the CCJ in its appellate jurisdiction, the People's National Party (PNP) has again called on the government to make the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) the nation's final appellate court.
