JAMAICA| Fix Inhumane Conditions at Detention Centres says PNP

KINGSTON, Jamaica, November 26, 2018. The People’s National Party (PNP) Shadow Minister of Justice, Senator Donna Scott Mottley, is calling on the government to urgently and immediately address the inhumane conditions in the detention centres set up under the States of Emergency, particularly in St James.
