BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, Jul 25, CMC – Barbados Prime Minister Freundel Stuart Monday sought to underscore the importance of protecting the society from various threats, while reiterating that the island is not just an economy, but a society.

The proposal for the study was submitted by Governor of the Central Bank of Barbados Dr Delisle Worrell at the 37th CARICOM summit held in Guyana.
