T&T | Flooded Trinidad rocked by 1.5 magnitude earthquake

PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad, October 21, 2018 - As rescue teams in Trinidad and Tobago continue their work to rescue people trapped by floods and landslides caused by heavy rains here over the past 48 hours, sections of  the twin island state were this afternoon again rocked by a magnitude 5.1 earthquake.

CARIFESTA XIV to be launched in Trinidad and Tobago Tuesday

Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr the Honourable Keith Rowley, Minister of Community Development, Culture and the Arts,  Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. the Honourable Nyan Gadsby Dolly, and Programme Manager for Culture and Community Development at theCARICOM Secretariat, Dr. Hilary Brown, are expected to speak at the launch.
