Hylton urges JA to take its case against T&T to the CCJ

KINGSTON, MAY 11, 2016- Former Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce, G. Anthony Hylton, is recommending that Jamaica takes on-going right of entry argument with Trinidad and Tobago to the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) the dispute mechanism set up under the Treaty of Chaguaramas to settle such disputes.

Industry, Investment and Commerce Minister,  Anthony Hylton, says the Government will continue to promote and facilitate investments in the very lucrative medical tourism sector. Medical tourism refers to persons travelling to another country for medical care, based on affordability.
