JAMAICA | Gov't explains vote for Guaido's nominee at OAS

KINGSTON, Jamaica April 14, 2019 - Jamaica's Foreign Affairs Minister Senator Kamina Johnson Smith, says the country's vote to accerpt accept a representative, designated by Juan Guaidó as Venezuela's representative to the OAS, was in his capacity as President of the National Assembly and not as interim President of Venezuela.

GEORGETOWN, Guyana, March 27, 2019 - On Tuesday, 12 March 2019, The Caribbean Community, CARICOM, is not happy with the manner is which the European Union is trying to destroy the financial services sector of Caribbean countries that are building resilience in their economies, by blacklisting member states such as Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Trinidad and Tobago and Bermuda which the EU says are not adhering to what they call their tax good governance policy.
