BARBADOS | PM: Says the Country Must Master Technology

Barbados has to master technology if it is to move forward as a global player. This was the word from  Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley  on Wednesday, as she addressed the official opening of Warrens Great House, which was renovated by CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank.

CARICOM Leaders wants Measures Put in Place for Easier Regional Travel

MONTEGO BAY, JULY 6, 2018 - Caribbean Community (CARICOM) leaders are proposing that measures be put in place to facilitate easier travel within the community. Among the suggestions are the establishment of a single domestic space for hassle-free intra-regional travel; and the introduction of a CARICOM multipurpose identification.

MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica, July 4, 2018 - Barbados Prime Minister  Mia Mottley has cautioned Caribbean heads of government that the people of the Region will not forgive CARICOM if it continues to procrastinate or lack courage to implement the CSME.
