GUYANA | Recount to begin when CARICOM team arrives says Singh

GEORGETOWN, Guyana, April 20, 2020 - The Chairman of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM), Claudette Singh says the start-date for the long awaited recount in the March 2 general elections will depend on a decision by the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretary-General, Irwin LaRocque as to the arrival date for the CARICOM Recount team.
