JAMAICA | Reggae Films in the Park, February 2020

KINGSTON,  February 2020 - The softer side of Reggae was seen on Valentine’s Day at Emancipation Park, St. Andrew. “One Love,” the 2003 film starring Ky-Mani Marley & Cherine Anderson was shown at 6pm followed by the second instalment of the Children of Icons Concert Series. There was also live performances of Reggae Ballads and Lovers Rock.

JAMAICA | March 2 By Election Date for SE Clarendon – PNP refuse to contest

KINGSTON, Jamaica, February 5, 2020 - Consequent upon the resignation of Rudyard Spencer as Member of Parliament for Clarendon South Eastern, Prime Minister and leader of the JLP Andrew Holness has announced that a By Election to fill the vacancy in that constituency will be held on March 2, 2020, with nomination day set for the 12th of February.
