JAMAICA | Five more COVID-19 deaths,127 new cases

KINGSTON, Jamaica September 22, 2020 - With the Ministry of Health and Wellness recording five more five more COVID-19 related deaths in Jamaica, this brings to 75 the number of Coronavirus related deaths in Jamaica, while the number of new cases recorded within the last 24 hours is 127.

JAMAICA | Thirty-Three dead from COVID-19, total cases: 3,103.

KINGSTON,  September 7, 2020 - The Ministry of Health & Wellness has confirms one new COVID-19-related death. The deceased is a 54 year old male from St. James. The total number of deaths now stand at 33 (1.1%), while five more deaths in COVID-19 positive individuals are under investigation.

JAMAICA | 116 new COVID cases in 24 hours up to Sunday afternoon

KINGSTON, August 24, 2020 – As the spike in Jamaica’s COVID-19 cases continues to spiral, there is no hint of the September 3 general elections being postponed as the Health Ministry reports a record 116 new cases over the 24 hour period ending Sunday afternoon. This has pushed the overall total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 1,529.
