PORT-OF-SPAIN- January 18, 2021 - The Trinidad and Tobago High Court ruled last Wednesday, that a police decision to carry out a raid on a media house in search of information to bolster their case in March last year, was irregular, unconstitutional and infringed the right of freedom of the press.
