GUYANA | Hughes objects to PPP MP serving as Prosecutor in case against GECOM officials

GEORGETOWN, Guyana, October 24, 2020 - Attorney-at-law Nigel Hughes has objected to the government’s appointment of sitting parliamentarian for the governing People’s Progressive Party (PPP) Attorney-at-Law Sanjeev Datadin to prosecute the cases involving GECOM officials, for which his party had instituted private charges.
