DIASPORA | US Green Card now linked to use of public benefits

WASHINGTON, January 28, 2020 -  As members of the Caribbean diaspora continue to be buffeted by the uncertainty of the Trump administration policies in relation to immigrantion, the Supreme Court on Monday ruled that the government can implement a policy connecting the use of public benefits with whether immigrants can become permanent residents.
