Guyana makes pledge towards “green economy” blasts Venezuela

UNITED NATIONS, Sept 20, CMC – Guyana Tuesday pledged to work towards developing a green economy and blasted Venezuela for its continued failure to reach an agreement to settle the long standing border dispute between the two countries.
