Government and public sector workers reach wage agreement

Prime Minister Portia Simpson-Miller says she is very pleased that the Government of Jamaica, represented by the Ministry of Finance and Planning, and the Jamaica Confederation of Trade Unions have reached agreement in respect of salary and other benefits for the period April 2015 to March 2017 for Public Sector Workers represented by the Confederation.

Improved Moody's rating will help Jamaica
