Cuba and US Foreign Policy

On December 17, US President Obama ordered the restoration of full diplomatic relations with Cuba. He and Cuban President Raul Castro agreed in a phone call on the opening of embassies in each other's countries. The two leaders made the announcement in simultaneous televised speeches.
