NASSAU, Bahamas, Aug 5, CMC – Foreign Minister Fred Mitchell is urging Parliament to approach the “Privy Council with dispatch” the appeal regarding the ruling by a High Court judge that a legislator had breached the constitutional rights of the environmental advocacy group, Save The Bays (STB), by disclosing private emails in Parliament.
