Venezuela: US Sanctions Give Free Rein to Right-Wing Violence

CARACAS, Venezuela, December 20, 2014 - Venezuela’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Rafael Ramirez, has described recently passed U.S. sanctions against the country as sending a message to violent right-wing groups that they can operate with impunity in Venezuela.
