MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica, Jukly 12, 2023 - Democratic leader of the United States House of Representatives Congressman Hakeem Jefferies was part of a US delegation to the 45th Conference of Heads of the Caribbean Community in Port of Spain, where he addressed the CARICOM heads as part of the 50th anniversary of the movement.
