CIEGO DE AVILA, Cuba, Jan 27 (Prensa Latina) With a renovation of its areas, restaurants and some of the rooms, the Starfish Cayo Guillermo hotel resumed its operations for international tourism, the Blue Diamond commercial group in Cuba reported.
