BARBADOS | Re-introducing The Ethiopian National Anthem

BRIDGETOWN, BARBADOS, March 20, 2022 - Ambassador David Comissiong, in his capacity of Barbados Ambassador to CARICOM, has launched what has become known as the  The Universal Ethiopian Anthem, composed  by Barbadian, Rabbi Arnold Josiah Ford for Marcus Garvey’s Universal Negro Improvement Association, UNIA.

The anthem which was used widely by Marcus Garvey in his many rallys, in New York and across the United States, is performed by the “Marlon Legall Voice Project” of Barbados.

This rendition of the  song, is done by the Marlon Legall Voice Project, is introduced by Ambassador David Commissiong.
