Ar BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, February 6, 2024 - Despite the sixty year old economic blockade which has been placed on Cuba by the United States, in retaliation for the Fidel Castro led people’s revolution which overthrew the dictatorship of US backed Flugencio Batista, the countries that make up the Caribbean Community CARICOM, have developed a friendly, respectful, productive relationship with their Caribbean neighbour.
