Brazil’s Supreme Federal Court approved the release of Lula’s assets
<>Brasilia, Nov 27 (Prensa Latina) The second chamber of Brazil's Supreme Federal Court (STF) approved the release of former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's assets, confiscated within the framework of the trials related to the currently desactivated Lava Jato legal operation.
By three votes to one, the ruling is the result of the annulment by Minister Edson Fachin (from STF) in March of all Lula’s sentences in the Lava Jato case.
